Most of the information is in English, but Susan G. Komen also has translated materials in over 20 languages including French, Spanish, Najavo, Chinese and ASL.
Pink-Link has a very well thought out website with such helpful information. Blogs, Support videos, contests and such a welcoming community await you here! As a resource for hope, help and awareness, they give so much to their members.
Founded 15 years ago, this site is one of the few places online where survivors and family members can chat freely. There are also meet ups and various physician comments.

This site is dedicated to the men and their families battling breast cancer. While prevalent in women, men also suffer from this disease. This site is a wonderful place for any man with questions! They also provide 1 on 1 support via phone or email.

A great social network for women facing breast cancer. With mybcteam you can sign on through facebook which helps you create more personal relationships with other cancer patients and survivors. There are also so many q+a boards, with real answers from real women.
